This page serves to quickly and clearly inform users about all important events and changes concerning the operation of the Insolvency Register website (https://eisir.justice.cz).

Launch of the new Insolvency Register – trial operation

The Ministry of Justice has launched a new version of the Insolvency Register in trial operation, offering a more user-friendly environment, better information availability, greater reliability, and new advanced features.

The site is currently in beta testing. If you encounter any technical or other issues, please report them using the user support form.

Overview of key changes:

  • Modern interface and responsiveness. The new register uses elements of the gov.cz design system and works comfortably on computers, tablets, and mobile phones, maintaining readability and a clear content hierarchy.
  • Better content management. Structured data and clearer presentation of key information speed up orientation and facilitate searching.
  • Bilingual environment (CZ/EN). The Insolvency Register is also available in the English language version. This makes it more accessible to users from abroad.
  • Improved basic search. Basic search has been simplified. Using a single piece of data, debtors are searched for by surname, company name or personal identification number (IČO).
  • Advanced search. The advanced search filters have been organized into logical units according to debtor data and procedure data.
  • Searching for documents in the procedure details. A new functionality, useful for large procedures, that allows you to search for a specific document based on the entered data.
  • Notification of changes. New possibility to subscribe to an e-mail subscription for an existing or future procedure, or to receive notifications about the development of the procedure or changes to debtor.
  • Statement in a few clicks. The possibility of obtaining an unattended statement from the public administration information system has been added. The statement can be created in the “Generating a statement” tab according to the specified input criteria or on the details of a specific proceeding or insolvency administrator. The statement is provided with a qualified electronic seal of the Ministry of Justice and a qualified time stamp.
  • Better search for insolvency administrators. Faster and clearer orientation in the lists of administrators, including a map with the location of the registered office and establishments.

What is being prepared

  • Portal for filing and viewing (PoPoNa). The existing insolvency forms in PDF format will be expanded with their online version. Insolvency forms will be available to fill out in a web browser within the new Filing and Viewing Portal. The online version of the forms will allow pre-filling of forms based on the entered file number, for an existing insolvency proceeding, and the option to pre-fill sections of the form based on the logged-in user’s details via the Citizen Identity (NIA). For users logged in via Citizen Identity (NIA), additional functionalities will gradually be added, such as an overview of prepared submissions, complete electronic submissions and, for files kept in electronic form, also remote viewing of court files.
  • Full-text search of all documents in the file. For files kept exclusively in electronic form, it will be possible to search the text layer of all published documents in the file according to the entered data.
  • Insolvency trustee profile. Insolvency trustee login via Citizen Identity and the ability to securely manage contact details (e-mail, phone), office hours, documents and information about insurance and education – changes will be possible directly in the profile.
  • Modification of web services. At the moment, the existing functioning of the automatic monitoring of the insolvency register remains intact. However, an update of web services is being prepared that will affect existing subscribers. Subscribers will be informed of changes in functioning in sufficient time by the Ministry of Justice.
