Accessibility statement

Accessible websites are those that present information and functions in such a way that users with disabilities can fully interact with them, using technologies that are familiar to them and that they standardly use.

The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic undertakes to make its website https://eisir.justice.cz accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll.,
on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

Compliance status
The website of the insolvency register uses components of the GOV.cz Design System, which is designed for a high degree of accessibility, correct semantic markup, readability, and controllability according to international standards. The implementation includes support for keyboard control, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies, sufficient color contrasts, and responsive display on various types of devices.

The website of the insolvency register meets all WCAG 2.1 requirements and, in terms of accessibility, is fully in compliance with the requirements arising from Act No. 99/2019 Coll.

All relevant information concerning insolvency trustees, documents from insolvency files, and statutory information concerning debtors are published through the insolvency register. Documents from insolvency files are published in Portable Document Format (PDF). In cases where a document is created in the form of a simple scan of a paper document from the file, the documents may not meet all accessibility requirements.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on January 12, 2026. The method of self-assessment performed by the Ministry of Justice was used for the preparation of this statement.
